We offer up to 90 days warranty on all our repairs depending on the faults or parts used. The warranty covers:

  • Parts used in the repair
  • Labor performed during the repair. The warranty does not cover
  • Subsequent damage to the device
  • Issues arising from misuse or mishandling of the device.

 

6. Data Protection

 

We do not intentionally wipe your data unless agreed with you as part of the repair. While we take utmost care to protect your data during repairs, we recommend that you back up your device before bringing it in for service. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.

 

7. Non-Repairable Devices

 

  • If a device is deemed non-repairable, we will notify you promptly. You will have the option to:
  • Retrieve your device without any repair charges
  • Dispose of the device through our recycling program

 

8. Payment

 

Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and cash. An invoice detailing the services provided and the cost will be issued to you.
