Return Policy
At Technology Base, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be in its original condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
- The item must not show signs of use, damage, or alterations.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
- Items that have been personalised or customised
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at returns@technologybase.co.uk to request a return authorisation. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address and any required documentation.
3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories. Ship the item to the return address provided using a trackable shipping method.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within three business days of receiving the returned item. Please note the following:
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, a restocking fee may apply
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6.Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
